The Founder
Hi, I'm Martina Bethune
My journey into skincare began unexpectedly as a child when a hot iron accidentally fell on my leg, leaving a burn that never fully faded. What started as an injury quickly became the beginning of a lifelong curiosity about healing, skin, and the body's natural ability to repair itself.
I grew up in a home where holistic wellness was a way of life. My mother owned a body wrap and massage business and worked closely with essential oils and natural therapies. Those early experiences sparked my deep respect for nature's healing power.
Today, I am a licensed esthetician, combining professional skincare knowledge with the natural remedies that shaped my upbringing. As a mother of five, I needed multipurpose products that were safe, clean, and effective. After years of learning and refining formulas, I launched LUHS — Luv U Hair & Skin — in 2014.
